Since I decided to take Nadav’s $100 per day challenge, I sat down and came up with a rough game plan and road map for achieving this goal.

I’ve decided to finish my three niche content sites that have been placed on the back burner. The niches have already been researched, the domains have already been registered, and the hosting has already been set up - I just haven’t developed them yet.

Next, I will develop 5 niche mini sites and finally I will develop one content site that will be babied and cajoled into a very nice long term passive income generator.

They will break down as follows:

Project: 3 niche websites
Revenue Source: Google AdSense
Method: Organic Search Engine Optimization
Marketing Budget: $0
Initial Goal: Earn back the cost of domain registration and hosting within the first month: $75
Goal after initial is achieved: Steadily earn $10/day (each) by the end of 12 weeks
% of total income: 30%
Notes: Fresh content will be continually developed and added to each of the three niche websites on a regular basis. Focus on building traffic while site is waiting to be indexed by search engines

Project: 5 niche mini sites
Revenue Source: Affiliate Sales
Method: PPC, Organic Search Engine Optimization
Marketing Budget: $10/month
Initial Goal: Earn back the cost of domain registration and hosting within the first month: $80.40
Goal after initial is achieved: Steadily earn $13/day (each) by the end of 12 weeks
% of total income: 65%
Notes: Develop landing pages and conduct split testing to see which has the best sales conversion. Once a suitable balance is met, leave on auto pilot. I may also register one generic domain and create sections/pages for each niche.

Project: Content Site
Revenue Source: Google AdSense, Affiliate Products, Advertising
Method: Organic Search Engine Optimization
Marketing Budget: $0
Initial Goal: Earn back the cost of domain registration and hosting: $44.88
Goal after initial goal is achieved: Earn $5/day within 12 weeks
% of total income: 5%
Notes: This website will be used for branding purposes and to establish a very tight foothold on the targeted niche area. This site will be developed with fresh content on a regular basis well into the future.

You will need to register in order to see all of the notes that will be made on this blog. The reason for this is: I will most likely post notes that I don’t want to be indexed by the search engines. If you’d like to register, please do, it’s free, quick, and easy.
